Definition

This syndrome has characteristics of hypoplastic corpus callosum, microcephaly, severe intellectual deficit, preauricular skin tags, camptodactyly, growth retardation, and recurrent bronchopneumonia. It has been described in four patients in two families. Transmission is autosomal recessive. [from SNOMEDCT_US]
