DUF5776 domain-containing protein
Presumed stalk domain found in bacterial surface proteins forming tandem repeats with high sequence identity. This domain is also associated with other known bacterial surface protein stalks and adhesive domains. (from Pfam)
BspA family leucine-rich repeat surface protein
This region appears distantly related to leucine rich repeats. (from Pfam)
PARCEL repeat-containing surface protein
This HMM describes a tandem peptide repeat sequence of 25 or 26 residues, found in predicted surface proteins (often lipoproteins) from Listeria monocytogenes, L. innocua, Enterococcus faecalis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Mycoplasma mycoides, Helicobacter hepaticus, and other species. DNA sequences describing the protein repeats are described as having dyad symmetry, lead to the name PARCEL (Palindromic Amphipathic Repeat Coding ELement).
