Rmf/CrpP family protein
This HMM describes a family of proteins about 60 amino acids in length with a near invariant CPY motif and with highly similar structures as predicted by AlphaFold. Members include Rmf (ribosome modulation factor), the integrative and conjugative element (ICE) protein CrpP, and a putative phage structural protein found encoded major and minor capsid proteins. AlphaFoldDB structures showing similar predicted folds include A0A0Q4SRM6, A0A5B7UVE0, and A0A6L9FUH1.
