Expression profiling of S288C cells treated with 50 ppm patulin for 2 hours. Patulin is a toxic and colorless crystalline antibiotic produced by several molds that can grow naturally on fruits and vegetables. Results provide insight into the mechanisms underlying the cytotoxicity of patulin.
