Summary:
Analysis of subcutaneous tumors or lung metastases from immunodeficient mice injected subcutaneously or intravenously with a poorly-metastatic A375 melanoma cell line (Fidler) or with highly-metastatic derivative cell lines. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying metastasis.
