Summary: Analysis of primary MLL-rearranged ALL samples (>90% leukemic blasts) from untreated infants. In vitro prednisolone sensitivity was assessed by a 4day cytotoxicity (MTT) assay. Results provide insight into the molecular basis of glucocorticoid resistance in MLL-rearranged infant ALL patients.
