Summary:
Analysis of uninfected hepatoma Huh7.5.1 cells treated with ribavirin. In the combination treatment for hepatitis C virus (HCV), ribavirin potentiates the anti-HCV effect of pegylated interferon (PEG-IFN). Results provide insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying ribavirin action.
