Summary:
Analysis of stage I endometrial cancers (representing endometrioid and papillary serous histologic subtypes) with a heterogeneous distribution of grade and stage/depth of myometrial invasion. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying early endometrial cancer histological types.
