Analysis of skin samples from 4 responding patients who relapsed following efalizumab treatment for psoriasis: baseline non-lesional and lesional samples; week 12 post-treatment and relapse samples. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying post-therapeutic relapse of psoriasis.
