Summary:
Analysis of hematopoietic cells from Xist-deficient females before disease (2 months old) and during myeloprolifeative neoplasm/myelodysplastic syndrome and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia-like disease (6 and 12 months old). Results provide insight into role of Xist as a suppressor of blood cancer.
