Summary: Analysis of anterior and posterior brain regions from Retinaldehyde Dehydrogenase 2 null-mutant (Raldh2-/-) embryos, which are unable to synthesize retinoic acid (RA) from maternally-derived retinol. Results provide insight into the repertoire of RA-regulated genes in the developing embryo.
