Summary: Analysis of ventral midbrain (VMB) from Rev-erbα knock-outs that were entrained under a 12hr light-dark photoperiod for >10 days, kept in darkness for 2 days, and sacrificed on the third day. REV-ERBα is associated with bipolar disorder. Results provide insight into the role of REV-ERBα in VMB.
