Summary: Examination of brains from 13 week ddY males treated for 28 days with an antipsychotic: either the typical drugs chlorpromazine and thioridazine (25 mg/kg each) or the atypical drugs olanzapine (1.25 mg/kg) and quetiapine (18.75 mg/kg). Results provide insight into schizophrenia negative symptoms.
