Design: The DNA Genogenical Wizard extraction kit (Promega) was used to extract genomic DNA according to the manufacturer's instructions. As a set of DNA were measured fluorometrically (Qubit 3.0, Qubit dsDNA Broad Range Assay Kit, Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA, USA). DNA from the DNA was determined by agarose gel electrophoresis with a DNA content of 0.8% (w / v) and subsequent with SYBR DNA Secure DNA Stins (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA).
