Design: Genome libraries were constructed using the Nextera XT library preparation and Miseq Reagent 300-cycle v2 kits (Illumina Inc., San Diego, USA) following manufacturers instructions. Before libraries were normalized and pooled, the quality and quantity of each library were determined using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technology Inc., Santa Clara, USA).
