1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiniSeq) run: 87,720 spots, 26.5M bases, 9.8Mb downloads

Design: WGS and random library selection
Submitted by: National Research Council
Study: Phages of phytopathogenic Pseudomonas syringae strains sequencing
show Abstracthide Abstract
Isolation and characterization of phages active against the two relevant phytopathogens Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae and Pseudomonas syringae pv. phaseolicola. The aim of the study is to choose the better candidates between the virus isolates for a strategy of biocontrol of the disease of Kiwifruit bacterial canker and the halo blight of bean. This work is one of the branch of the European project VIROPLANT, that has the broader aim to study biocontrol methods of plant associated pests based on virus of bacteria, fungi and insects.
