Design: Genomic DNA was extracted using a non-destructive technique with the EZ-10 Spin Kit minipreps DNA Genomic Column Kit (BIOBasic, Toronto, Ontario, Canada) following the manufacturers protocol. DNA fragmentation was performed with the Qsonica Q800R sonicator (Qsonica 457 LLC, Newton, CT). The DNA quantification was performed using a Qubit 2.0 fluorometer (Invitrogen, Life Technologies, CA, USA). Libraries were prepared and TruSeq-style dual-indexing adapters (Glenn et al. 2016).
