SRX18682527: 16S V4 sequence of bacteria

Design: Isolate DNA was extracted with the DNEasy Blood & Tissue kit, and sequenced at the University of Michigan Center for Microbial Systems. They generated amplicons of the V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene using 515f/806r primers. DNA amplicons were sequenced on a 2 x 250 Illumina MiSeq v2 run.
