Study: Oceanospirillales bacterium JCVI-SC AAA002 Genome sequencing project
show Abstracthide Abstract
Partial whole-genome 454-generated sequence data from a single cell using multiple displacement amplification (MDA). This is a single cell collected from an extreme deep ocean environment, 6,000 m depth within the Puerto Rico Trench (PRT), and sorted using FACS. The genome of the single cell was amplified using multiple displacement amplification (MDA) and partially sequenced using 454 pyrosequencing technology.
Sample: Oceanospirillales bacterium JCVI-SC AAA002
