Study: Transcriptomes in tissues of crab-eating macaques

This study aims to determine transcription start sites and gene structure of crab-eating macaques (Macaca fascicularis) in a genome-wide manner. To this end, we extracted total RNA in tissue samples from the whole body of crab-eating macaques, and then performed CAGE (Cap Analysis of Gene Expression) and RNA-seq.
