SRX7730613: Nuclear matrix RNA reads of day 5 posterior silk gland of B. mori
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 26.6M spots, 8G bases, 2.8Gb downloads

Design: Nuclear matrix was isolated from posterior silk glands of day 5 of instar larvae. RNA was isolated from nuclear matrix by TRIZol method. The isolated RNA was processed for sequencing using Illumina platform.

Study: Nuclear matrix RNA sequencing of day 5 posterior silk gland of Bombyx mori
show Abstracthide Abstract
Nuclear matrix plays an important role in gene regulation. The components of nuclear matrix are DNA, RNA and protein. The RNA component of nuclear matrix is not well studied. The silk protein, fibroin is produced by the posterior silk glands. In the present study, to understand the regulation of fibroin synthesis, nuclear matrix RNA of day 5 of posterior silk glands was sequenced by Illumina sequencing platform.
Sample: NuMat RNA library of day 5 posterior silk gland of B. mori
