Design: Fathead minnow cells were grown in 25 cm2 dishes. DMSO or LA was inoculated into FHM monolayers with VHSV (102.8TCID50) for 24 h at 28. Total RNAs of FHM cells were extracted and determined using NanoDrop 2000 UVVis Spectrophotometer for RNA-sequencing and transcriptome analysis by GENE DENOVO corporation.
