Design: Total RNA was isolated with TriZol reagent (Invitrogen) and purified with RNeasy Micro Kits (Qiagen). 500 ng of purified RNA was used to prepare libraries for sequencing using the TruSeq mRNA library prep kit according to manufacturers instructions (Illumina RS-122-2001/2), using polyA enrichment followed by random fragmentation and random priming. Samples were multiplexed and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq with 125nt single-end reads.
