SRX10559770: RNA-Seq of sugarbeet lines with different respiration rates
1 DNBSEQ (DNBSEQ-T7) run: 22.1M spots, 2.2G bases, 1.3Gb downloads

Design: mRNA converted to dsDNA with random primers, amplified by PCR; samples pooled to make ssDNA circle, sequenced by BGI Americas
Submitted by: USDA-ARS
Study: Sugarbeet (Beta vulgaris) breeding lines with divergent storage respiration rates
show Abstracthide Abstract
Transcriptomes of two sugarbeet breeding lines, F1056 and F1057, which were generated by divergent selection for low and high storage respiration rates were determined at harvest and after 28 days in storage. Transcriptome of the base population from which these lines were derived was also determined at harvest and after 28 days storage. Purpose was to determine transcriptional differences between sugarbeet lines with genetically different rates of storage respiration.
Sample: base population after storage, rep 4
