show Abstracthide Abstract
Biomphalaria glabrata is the intermediate host of Schistosoma mansoni the agent of the Schistosomiasis the second most important parasite disease after malaria in term of mortality and mobidity. Assembly of the transcriptome of Biomphalaria glabarta is thus an important aspect for the control of the disease. Snail originated from Brazil and maintained in 2EI laboratory since 40 years.
Sample: General Sample for Biomphalaria glabrata
