Study: Homalodisca vitripennis Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
Homalodisca vitripennis (Glassy-Winged Sharpshooter) is an agricultural pest and also of interest for biological features, including endosymbiotic bacteria and excreted structures called brochosomes. This study aimed for a chromosome-level genome assembly for H. vitripennis, to assist researchers in genetic investigations.
Sample: Homalodisca vitripennis sample
