1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 30.6M spots, 9.2G bases, 3.4Gb downloads

Design: paired-end 150 bp sequencing strategy (short-reads) to sequence the cDNA libraries
Submitted by: USDA-ARS
Study: Hylaeus volcanicus isolate: RNA-seq reads from Puu Oo Trail, female
show Abstracthide Abstract
Raw and unassembled transcriptome sequences from Hylaeus volcanicus (Perkins, 1899) (Hymenoptera: Colletidae) tagmata (head, mesosoma, metasoma) of female bee. The RNA was used to generate a Eukaryotic (250~300 bp insert) cDNA library for RNA sequencing on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (PE 150, Q30>=80%). The bees were collected from Puu Oo Trail (Waiakea ahupuaa, Hilo moku) on Mauna Loa, Hawaii.
Sample: Hylaeus volcanicus isolate: RNA-seq reads from a Puu Oo Trail, Specimen H1, adult female thorax
