Design: RNA was extracted with a trizol-chloroform phase separation followed by an Rneasy cleanup kit with on-column DNAse treatment. Samples were sent to the Texas A&M Genomics and Bioinformatics service where library prep was performed with a TruSeq RNA stranded prep kit, and samples were pooled and sequenced on 2 lanes on a HiSeq 4000.
