Design: Libraries were generated using the Illumina TruSeq stranded mRNA kit. mRNA were selected using poly-T beads, then they were fragmented to generate double stranded cDNA and adaptators were ligated to be sequenced. 10 cycles of PCR were applied to amplify libraries.
