The response of Brachypodium first leaves to cytokinins was measured after 2 hours of exposure to DMSO (solvent control), 6-benzyl aminopurine (BAP) or the Fusarium pseudograminearum produced cytokinin fusatinic acid. A dual application of BAP and fusatinic acid was also included with a separate control (DMSOx2)
