show Abstracthide AbstractRNA-seq data of two species of Lepidoptera, Nymphalidae, Satyrinae: Maniola jurtina and Pyronias tithonus. Data were obtained from ten living adult individuals of each species, sampled from their natural habitat in several locations psread across France, Germany, Spain and Portugal. Whole body apart from wings and genitalia were used fro RNA extractions. Complementary DNA was sequenced on Illimina HiSeq 2000.
