Design: Total RNA from three biological replicates of each sample was pooled in equimolar concentration prior to library preparation. Approximately 2.5 μg of total RNA was used for library preparation following Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation v2 LS Kit (Illumina Inc., San Diego, CA) according to manufacturer’s instructions.
