SRX2366915: RNA-Seq of Crassostrea gigas infected with GII.4 NoV
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 24.7M spots, 6.2G bases, 2.1Gb downloads

Design: Total RNAs were extracted from oyster digestive tissue with or without NoV pollution .All mRNA was broken into short fragments , after which first-strand cDNA was generated using random hexamer-primed reverse transcription followed by the synthesis of the second-strand cDNA.The cDNA fragments were purified and enriched by PCR to construct the final cDNA library. The cDNA library was sequenced on the Illumina sequencing platform using paired-end technology.
