Design: Total RNA was extracted from 30 mg of ground orange fruit tissue using SV Total RNA Isolation System kit (Promega). The extracted RNA was purified using DNA-free kit (Invitrogen). Each RNA sample was adjusted to contain 5 g of total RNA. Library construction and sequencing were conducted at Macrogen Inc. (Seoul, Korea) using Illumina Hi-Seq 2500 System to obtain 100 bp paired-end reads
