SRX3556722: RNA-Seq of Strongylocentrotus purpuratus: gastrula, pool of 5000
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 15.3M spots, 3.1G bases, 1.1Gb downloads

Design: Adult purple sea urchins, Strongylocentrotus purpuratus, were conditioned to either simulated upwelling (low temperature, high pCO2) or non-upwelling (average temperature, low pCO2) laboratory conditions during gametogenesis. The offspring of both female adult groups were raised under either low or high pCO2 levels. Total RNA was extracted from gastrula stage progeny. Libraries were generated using the NEBNext Ultra Directional RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina.
