Design: RNA from each tissue were mixed equally to construct a RNA pool, and a total of 15 g RNA was used for RNA-seq library construction using the TruseqTM RNA sample Prep Kit for Illumina (Illumina, USA). Then the library was sequenced on Illumina HiseqTM4000, with 150 bp pair-end reads produced.
