The goal of this project was to identify TSWV-responsive genes in western flower thrips bodies during virus infection through thrips development. Illumina Hiseq2000 generated single-end reads for 18 libraries representing 2 treatments (+/- TSWV) x 3 developmental stages [first instar larvae (L1), prepupae (P1) and adults (mix of females and males, 24-hours post eclosion] x 3 biological replications.
