SRX462319: Comprehensive transcriptome analysis of Bemisia tabaci from India
3 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 1000) runs: 135.8M spots, 27.4G bases, 16.7Gb downloads

Design: Total RNA was isolated from each sample separately using Tri reagent (Sigma, USA) following the manufacturers protocol. DNA contamination in the RNA preparations was removed using DNA-free Kit (Ambion, USA). Integrity of RNA samples were analyzed on 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, USA). Equal amount (5 µg) of total RNA from each sample was pooled, and mRNA was purified using polyT oligo beads. mRNA was fragmented and cDNA library preparation was performed using ‘Tru Seq RNA sample preparation kit v2 from Illumina following the manufacturer specified protocols (http://www.illumina.com/systems /hiseqsystems/hiseq_2000_1000/kits.ilmn).
