SRX5512779: RNAseq of C. picta: Anoxia and Reoxygenation
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 53.4M spots, 16.1G bases, 5.9Gb downloads

Design: cDNA library was prepared using ILLUMINA TruSeq stranded mRNA kit
Submitted by: Saint Louis University
Study: Chrysemys picta Transcriptome Analysis of Ontogenetic Differences
show Abstracthide Abstract
Transcriptomes from highly anoxia-tolerant Chrysemys picta were sequenced following cold acclimation, exposure to anoxia, and reoxygenation. Adult turtles exhibit a greater anoxia tolerance than hatchlings do, surviving for four-fold longer; therefore, ontogenetic comparisons were performed at each time point.
Sample: Chrysemys picta transcriptome
