SRX661365: Roots infected by Verticillium dahliae 48h Olea europaea
2 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 1000) runs: 54.4M spots, 11G bases, 7.1Gb downloads

Design: RNA was extracted from roots of three plants inoculated with Verticillium dahliae 48h before. Total RNA was extracted using a Spectrum Plant Total RNA Kit (Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Any DNA contamination was removed by DNaseI treatment on column (Roche, Basel, Switzerland). The RNA-quality tests were performed with the Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA) using an RNA 6000 Pico assay kit (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA). We pooled RNA and made cDNA libraries for sequencing in Illumina HiSeq 1000 sequencer. Two replicates were sequenced on different lines. After trimming and cleaning, we obtained 54.358.741 paired-end reads of 101bp length and 35.4 Phred quality (11 Gb).
