SRX6851519: Date palm fruit RNA-sequencing
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 22.8M spots, 3.4G bases, 1.2Gb downloads

Design: Nextera library prep
Submitted by: New York University Abu Dhabi
Study: Date palm fruit RNA-sequencing
show Abstracthide Abstract
RNA-sequencing was conducted at different stages of fruit development for multiple date palm varieties. The study consists of two experiments. In the first experiment, fruits were sampled to study expression at different stages of fruit development at 15, 45, 75, 105, 120, 135 days post-pollination. In the second experiment, fruits were collected at "khalal stage" to study expression at this stage. Each experiment included multiple varieties of date palm.
Sample: Experiment to test expression differences between extreme fruit sugar composition phenotypes. Each library represents a single fruit. One tree was sampled per variety. Replicates for a variety are different fruits from same tree.
