SRX9489579: Bombyx mori Embryo Transcriptome III-2
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 21.4M spots, 6.4G bases, 1.9Gb downloads

Design: Transcriptome analysis
Submitted by: South China Normal University
Study: Dynamic transcriptome analysis of Bombyx mori embryonic development
show Abstracthide Abstract
B. mori is a model insect of Lepidoptera. Study on the mechanism of B. mori embryonic development will help to find embryo-specific targets for enhancing beneficial insect populations and for pest control. In the present study, the transcriptome of B. mori embryos at different developmental stages was sequenced, the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between development stages were analyzed. The results will provide data for further research on the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of B. mori embryonic development.
