Design: Liver preserved with RNA-Later. Kept at -80 deg Celsius until extraction. Tissue homogenization with beadbeater. RNA extracted via guanidinium thiocyanate-phenol-chloroform extraction. Samples 1-17 were sequenced in 2018, and samples 18-54 were sequenced in 2020.
