Design: Each of the total RNA samples was fragmented, followed by purification and cDNA synthesis, using the Truseq Strand mRNA sample preparation kit (Illumina), as instructed by the manufacturer. Then, the libraries were quantified using the qPCR using the Sybr Fast qPCR kit (Kappa). The samples were diluted in a solution of Tris-HCl and 0.1% Tween, deposited in a cartridge and run on the NextSeq (Illumina) using the NextSeq 500 High Output Kit (300 cycles)
