Illumina raw paired reads used to build a first phylogenomic hypothesis for Chalcididae (Hymenoptera, Chalcidoidea).Sequences were used in the following publication : Cruaud A, Delvare G, Nidelet S, Saune L, Ratnasingham S, Chartois M, Blaimer BB, Gates M, Brady SG, Faure S, van Noort S, Rossi J-P, and Rasplus J-Y. in press. Ultra-Conserved Elements and morphology reciprocally illuminate conflicting phylogenetic hypotheses in Chalcididae (Hymenoptera, Chalcidoidea). Cladistics. (preprint = https://doi.org/10.1101/761874)Sequences correspond to the ca 1510 Ultra-Conserved-Elements identified by Faircloth et al 2015 (doi: 10.1111/1755-0998.12328) to resolve the phylogeny of Hymenoptera. Libraries were obtained by hybrid capture using the myBaits UCE Hymenoptera 1.5Kv1 probe set and following the protocol detailed in Cruaud et al 2019 (doi: 10.1111/1755-0998.13006)
