We have sequenced one male black Dezhou donkey genome with PacBio sequencing of depth 30 x and with shotgun sequencing of depth 211.4 x ,followed by Hi-C data yielded an assembly at chromosome level. Besides, we have sequenced 126 other donkey genomes of depth 7.5-50.6 x (average genomic coverage 10.6-fold) from nine countries, and 17 tissue transcriptomes.
