SRX10417342: Authentication of teleost species
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 9.9M spots, 2.5G bases, 901.3Mb downloads

Design: The sequencing service was provided by the Norwegian Sequencing Centre. (www.sequencing.uio.no) TruSeq PCR free library kit (Illumina Inc., CA, USA) was used to construct DNA libraries following manufacturers protocol. For DNA library prep, 1.5 M of DNA was used for each individual library. All libraries were tested using qPCR for quantification prior to sequencing on Illumina Hiseq2500 (Illumina Inc ) using V4 clustering and sequencing reagents according to manufacturer's instruction. Library preparation and sequencing was done by the Norwegian Sequencing Centre, Oslo Norway. Image analysis and base calling were both performed using Illumina's RTA software version 1.18.66.3. Low base call quality reads were removed using Illumina's default chastity criteria. Compressed base call files (.bcl) were demultiplexed and converted to fastqfiles using the bcl2fastq software version 2.17.1.14. Quality of each library/fastq file was assessed using fastqc imbedded in the bcl2fastq software
