SRX11010352: RNAseq of Corvus kubaryi: lung tissue lacking visible lesions
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 13.3M spots, 2.7G bases, 758.7Mb downloads

Design: RNA was extracted from tissue necropsies and prepped using the TruSeq mRNA library kit
Submitted by: United States Geological Survey
Study: RNAseq of lung lesions associated with Corvus kubaryi mortality
show Abstracthide Abstract
The endangered crow Corvus kubaryi has suffered mortality attributable to lesions of unknown etiology. An as yet unidentified pathogen may be the causative agent. Transcriptomic comparison of tissues with lesions verified by histology and those lacking apparent lesions may help explain the nature of the disease.
