SRX10693867: metagenomic of microbial commnity in REEs mine drainage
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 116.2M spots, 34.8G bases, 11.9Gb downloads

Design: DNA bacorde
Submitted by: Sun Yat-sen University
Study: Metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) were retrieved from this rare earth elements acid mine drainage contaminated river
show Abstracthide Abstract
Acid mine drainage (AMD) generated by rare earth deposits, which leads to the release of high concentrations of rare earth elements (REEs), ammonium and sulfate, poses severe hazards to aquatic environment. Here, the microbial communities collected from rare earth elements-acid mine drainage (REEs-AMD) contaminated river were profiled by genome-resolved metagenomics.
