Mice were immunized (s.c.) with BCG (108 CFU/mouse) and sacrificed on day 15 or day 30 (3 mice/group). Splenocytes from each group were mixed together for cell sorting. The CD3+CD4+CD44hi and CD3+CD4+CD44lo cells were sorted by FCM and used for RNA-seq.
